Here are some physical and healthy steps that you can do to start your day right:

1. Assess your fitness level from the moment you started out

Assessing and recording your baseline fitness scores can give you benchmarks against which to measure your progress. It will give you some idea of how fit you are the moment you've started working out. In assessing, whether you are into aerobic and muscular fitness, flexibility and body composition, you can consider recording your pulse rate before and after you walk, push ups you've made during that moment, your waist circumference as measure around your bare abdomen just above your hipbone and so on. You need to do this in order to assess your fitness growth.

2. Plan or design your own fitness program

Exercising every day is very easy as you say that but, you'll need to consider having a plan like designing your fitness program before starting out. For example, you can point out your fitness goals, balanced routine, having your own pace, activity into your daily routine, planning different activities from time to time and allowing time for recovery before proceeding again. Write it down and always have a copy whenever you are going to your fitness program activity area.

3. Have the proper equipment to use for the fitness program

Of course, you can't start your fitness program without the proper gears to use. Start with the basics; athletic shoes, outfit and etc. Be sure to pick the right shoes that are designed for the activity you have in mind. If you're planning to invest in exercise equipment, choose something that's practical, enjoyable and easy to use.

4. Start slowly and get on it

When you already have the right outfit, wrote down all the planned activities, gears are settled, you are now ready for the action. When you start out, be sure to start slowly and build up gradually. Do not rush into things and give yourself plenty of time to warm up and cool down with easy walking or gentle stretching. Remember, if you are not feeling well; give yourself permission to take a day or two off. Don't force yourself to do the activities and just be flexible.

Starting an exercise program is an important decision. If you already have planned out your fitness program and you just instantly lose motivation, just set new goals or you can try a new activity for a change. Exercising with a friend or taking a class at a fitness center may help you get motivated again.
