Recently I came across a great new app for iPhone (there is also an Android version) that allows you to keep track of your daily squats. This is perfect for anyone that wants to complete a challenge to do squats every day, to lose weight, tone your legs, etc. It basically leverages social media in a positive way. Now you can receive thumbs up for completing your daily tasks.
This app is called Lift.
The image on the left is a screenshot of the app showing how easy it is to “swipe away” your daily tasks after completion.
It is completely free to download on iPhone, making it easy to keep track and manage on your phone. Perfect for what we will be tracking – Daily Squats.
I’ve been personally using this tool for a few months now after it was recommended by Tim Ferriss, whom I believe is an investor. As you can see in the screenshot on the right, it can also be great for tracking a number of things.
